Synopsis: SAIC agreed to pay $484,500 to settle alleged False Claims Act violations involving a contract to design a computer program for the Department of Defense called the Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System (DOEHRS). The government claimed that SAIC repeatedly misrepresented its progress on the project and caused the government to overpay for its services.
