Synopsis: Darrol Olsen, a former Lockheed Martin engineer, filed a False Claims Act lawsuit accusing Lockheed of committing fraud in the development of the F-22 Raptor stealth fighter jet in the 1990s. Olsen claims the company used stealth coatings that it knew were defective and misrepresented to the U.S. Air Force that the coatings met contract specifications.
