In the absence of a centralized federal database listing instances of misconduct, the Project On Government Oversight (POGO) is providing such data. We believe that it will lead to improved contracting decisions and public access to information about how the government spends hundreds of billions of taxpayer money each year on goods and services. Synopsis: U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and FBI agents arrested dozens of employees and former employees of Boeing at its Ridley Park, Pennsylvania military aircraft manufacturing plant and charged them with the illegal distribution of prescription drugs including fentanyl (“Actiq”), oxycodone (“Oxycontin”), alprazolam (“Xanax”), and buprenorphine (“Suboxone). Boeing officials brought their suspicions of drug activity to federal law enforcement and have cooperated fully with the investigation.
