Moulder v. Fluor Intercontinental (Wrongful Death)

Stuart Moulder, a former Fluor employee, is suing the company for the death of his wife and two daughters in a July 2006 helicopter crash in Afghanistan. He accuses Fluor of using an unsafe subcontractor to provide chartered helicopter transportation for employees working on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers construction projects in Afghanistan and their families.
