Back v. Halliburton Energy Services (Chemical Contamination)

Silt, Colorado resident Carol Back is suing Halliburton Energy Services and its local contractor, Sanders Trucking, in Garfield County court. Back claims the defendants’ mishandling of Barite dust, a carcinogenic compound used in natural gas drilling, contaminated her home and other properties and left her with respiratory problems.
