Inadequate Storage of Hazardous Waste
On February 1, 2006, the State of California Environmental Protection Agency and IAP Worldwide Services subsidiary Johnson Controls entered into a consent decree concerning alleged inadequate hazardous waste material storage that may have released this material into the environment. The first payment under the consent agreement is for $27,800, with costs potentially reaching $55,601.
