Rich v. HP (Inkjet Printer Lawsuit)

A class action lawsuit alleges that HP designed its color inkjet printers to unnecessarily use the more expensive color ink in addition to the black ink when printing black and white images and text. In March 2011, HP settled this and other pending lawsuits alleging problems with HP inkjet printers for $5 million.
