In re Interpublic Securities Litigation

The plaintiff shareholders claimed damages as a result of IPB issuing false and misleading public statements regarding IPG’s financial condition between October 1997 and October 2002 in violation of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. The company settled the lawsuit for $115 million without any admission or concession of liability or wrongdoing.
