Unauthorized Air Emissions in Texas

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) assessed a penalty of $181,200 against Valero Refining-Texas, L.P. for unauthorized emissions of sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and nitrogen oxides on February 20, 2005.
