Quintana v. Boeing (KC-135 Labor Overbilling)
Boeing reportedly agreed to pay the United States $2 million to settle False Claims Act allegations that the company overbilled the government for work done on Air Force KC-135 tankers at the Boeing Logistics Support System in San Antonio, Texas. Former Boeing employee Edward Quintana claimed that, from 2002 to 2005, Boeing manipulated records to show others besides him had been performing maintenance and repair work on the tankers when they had not.
