Hill v. Booz Allen Hamilton (Workplace Retaliation/Wrongful Termination)

Surendrani Hill sued Booz Allen Hamilton claiming she was terminated for raising fraud allegations against a subcontractor at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. Hill claims that while monitoring the work of Booz Allen subcontractor EA Engineering, she found evidence that the company had been producing substandard work and double-billing Booz Allen, and that Booz Allen had also over-billed the Air Force. She claims that reporting her findings to her supervisors and the Air Force ultimately led to be her termination. She accuses Booz Allen of workplace retaliation in violation of the False Claims Act and wrongful termination in violation of public policy.
