Realtimezone v. Halliburton (Patent Infringement)

Realtimezone Inc. (RTZ) sued Halliburton Energy Services Inc. alleging breach of contract, fraud and infringement of a patented process for hydraulic fracturing in subterranean petroleum and natural gas formations. RTZ claims Halliburton owes it royalties for the use of the patent under a license agreement.
