U.S. v. Breda (Sexual Assault)
David Charles Breda, Jr. was charged with sexually assaulting a woman in October 2008 at Al Asad Air Base in Iraq, where he was employed by Services Employees International Inc., a subsidiary of KBR. In October 2009, Breda pleaded guilty to abusive sexual contact. In January 2010 he was sentenced to two years in prison and a lifetime term of supervised release, and he was ordered to register as a sex offender.
