Walp v. University of California (Wrongful Termination)

The University of California agreed to pay $930,000 to settle the wrongful termination lawsuit of Glenn Walp, the former head of security inquiries at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Walp claimed he was fired in November 2002 for reporting problems at the lab, including security breaches, theft, mismanagement and fraud.
