New Jersey Gas Station Unfair Business Practices Lawsuit

More than 100 New Jersey gas stations sued Exxon Mobil, claiming they are being forced to overpay for wholesale gasoline and rent. The plaintiffs claim Exxon manipulates the quantity and timing of fuel deliveries to overcharge franchisees, in violation of the federal Robinson-Patman Act and New Jersey unfair business practices law.
