Coppedge v. Jet Propulsion Laboratory (Religious Discrimination)

David Coppedge, an information technology specialist and system administrator at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), filed a discrimination lawsuit claiming he was illegally harassed and demoted for expressing his views on intelligent design to co-workers. Coppedge is suing JPL and Caltech for religious discrimination, harassment and retaliation; violation of his free speech rights and wrongful demotion.
