Bayona Corp. v. BP et al. (April 2010 Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill)

New Orleans chef and restaurant owner Susan Spicer filed a class-action lawsuit on behalf of area restaurant owners and seafood suppliers against several companies, including BP and Halliburton, for damages to their businesses caused by the explosion of the Deepwater Horizon platform and resulting oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
