Age Discrimination at Redstone Arsenal
Gerald Stapler worked as a groundskeeper for Chugach Management Services, Inc. at the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama from April 1999 to November 2001. He sued the company under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, claiming the company fired him because of his age (61). In October 2003, Chugach Management Services and Stapler reached a confidential settlement.
