Mayo v. KBR (Sexual Assault)

Anna Mayo was working for KBR subsidiary Service Employees International, Inc. (SEII) at KBR’s facility at Joint Air Base, Balad, Iraq in November 2009 when she claims she was assaulted and raped by an unidentified man who was either an employee of KBR or a company doing contract work for KBR. Mayo claims KBR provided an unsafe work environment and is directly responsible for her injuries.
