Kellogg v. Wyeth (Reglan)
Ethel Kellogg took the drug metoclopramide for four years and allegedly developed medical problems as a result. She sued Wyeth, the maker of the brand name drug Reglan, and several makers of generic forms of the drug claiming they failed to adequately warn of the dangers associated with long-term use. The lawsuit was settled in 2012.
