Delphi Corporation Securities Litigation

Investors in auto parts manufacturer Delphi Corporation filed a class-action securities fraud lawsuit against Deloitte & Touche for its role as outside auditor of Delphi, which in 2005 had to restate of all of its financial statements for the previous five years.
