Runner v. UPS (Unfair Shipping Rate Policy)

Plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit alleged that, on occasion, UPS incorrectly charged higher rates applicable to residential deliveries when making deliveries to commercial locations. UPS settled the lawsuit in 2008 for $7.8 million and did not admit any liability or wrongdoing.
