Carnival v. BP et al. (April 2010 Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill)

Cruise line operator Carnival filed a lawsuit against BP, Halliburton, and other companies seeking recovery for damages caused by the April 2010 Deepwater Horizon drilling rig sinking and oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
