Duprey v. Halliburton and KBR (LOGCAP Timekeeping Fraud)
Peter Duprey, a former truck driver for KBR in Iraq, filed a False Claims Act lawsuit alleging the company had a policy of manipulating timesheets in order to inflate the number of hours truck drivers worked on the LOGCAP III contract. He alleges that KBR had an unwritten corporate policy that all drivers were to enter on their timesheets no fewer than 12 hours of work per shift notwithstanding the number of hours they actually worked.
