EEOC v. Johns Hopkins Home Care Group (Disability Discrimination and Retaliation)
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) claims that Johns Hopkins Home Care Group, Inc. (JHHCG), a home health care service provider operated by Johns Hopkins Health System and the Johns Hopkins University, violated the Americans With Disabilities Act with regard to Ray Ellen Fisher, an employee with breast cancer. The EEOC claims Fisher, a registered nurse and pediatric case manager at JHHCG, was not provided reasonable accommodations and was fired for filing a claim with the EEOC.
