Alabama Aircraft Industries v. Boeing (Stealing Proprietary Information)

Alabama Aircraft Industries (formerly known as Pemco) claimed Boeing won a $1.3 billion Air Force KC-135 Programmed Depot Maintenance contract by stealing proprietary information. Boeing and Alabama Aircraft were once partners on the program. Alabama Aircraft alleged unfair tactics in the bidding and award process. In February 2020, a jury awarded Alabama Aircraft more than $2.1 million in damages.
