Riddle v. DynCorp (Retaliation)

Michael Riddle filed a retaliation lawsuit under the False Claims Act against DynCorp International. Riddle, who worked as a senior employment manager for DynCorp, alleges that the company defrauded the government on a contract to develop a database for the State Department, and that when he protested he was marginalized at work and eventually fired.
