Alicia Woodrich (Hanford P-Card Fraud)
Alicia Woodrich, a former Fluor Hanford, Inc. employee, agreed to pay the federal government $14,700 after being accused of accepting kickbacks. Woodrich, a purchaser for Fluor Hanford under a contract to operate and manage the Department of Energy’s Hanford Nuclear Site, was accused of accepting gifts from an area vendor named Shane Fast, owner of former Hanford subcontractor Fast Pipe and Supply Co, Inc., in exchange for favorable treatment.
