Drapkin v. Mafco Consolidated Group (Breach of Contract)

Donald Drapkin, an executive at MacAndrews & Forbes who left the company in 2007, sued the company claiming they violated a separation agreement and owed him millions of dollars in stock sale proceeds. In January 2012, a federal jury found in Drapkin’s favor and awarded him $16 million.
