Osman v. Mission Essential Personnel (Discrimination, Retaliation and Wrongful Discharge)

Zuhal Osman, a female who was born in Afghanistan and is a naturalized United States citizen, worked for Mission Essential Personnel as a Pashto linguist in Afghanistan in support of U.S. military operations. She alleged that she suffered harassment at the company based on her gender and national origin. The lawsuit settled in 2013.
