Ripton v. Camp Dresser & McKee, et al. (Age Discrimination)
Philip Ripton sued his former employer, CDM Constructors, and its parent company, Camp Dresser & McKee, alleging age discrimination. He claimed he was fired because of his age (over 40) and because of his complaints about age discrimination. Ripton claimed he experienced severe and/or pervasive age based harassment during his 18 months of employment and was fired for complaining to management about the harassment. The parties settled the lawsuit in September 2007.
