Collusion to Fix the Prices of Light Oil Products

The South Korea Fair Trade Commission fined the country’s top four domestic refiners, including S-Oil Corporation, alleging they colluded to fix the prices of light oil products—including diesel, gasoline, and kerosene—between April and June 2004. S-Oil was fined the equivalent of approximately $8 million.
