Quebec Train Derailment – U.S. Wrongful Death Litigation

A train carrying crude oil owned by World Fuel Services derailed in Lac-Mégantic, Quebec in July 2013 and spilled hundreds of thousands of gallons of oil that exploded, killing 47 people and partially destroying the town. Families of the victims sued a number of companies, including World Fuel Services, for wrongful death in the United States.
