Financial Markets International v. Booz Allen Hamilton (Breach of Contract)
Financial Markets International (FMI) sued Booz Allen Hamilton for breaching a subcontract on the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Ukraine Financial Sector Rehabilitation Program. FMI claims that Booz Allen violated an agreement that FMI would receive between 35 and 40 percent of the total contract labor value of any prime contract awarded to Booz Allen on the project. FMI alleges that Booz Allen has allocated “substantially less” than 35 to 40 percent.
