McDonnell et al. v. Royal Dutch Shell et al. (Crude Oil Price Fixing)

A class-action lawsuit filed by NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange) commodity traders accuses several companies, including BP and Royal Dutch Shell, of colluding to fix prices of North Sea Brent Crude oil. The lawsuit alleges the companies reported inaccurate, false, and misleading prices to Platts, an oil price data collector, regarding Brent Crude oil.
