2007-2011 North Slope Oil Spills Settlement

BP Exploration Alaska (BPXA) settled a civil complaint with the U.S. government and the State of Alaska regarding unauthorized oil discharges of 421 barrels from its North Slope pipelines from 2007 to 2011. BPXA agreed to pay $269,900 to the U.S. government and $180,100 to Alaska.
