U.S. v. Domico (Falsifying Work on Background Investigations)

Anthony Domico was employed by CACI International to conduct background investigations for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The government alleged that, between October 2005 and August 2006, Domico falsely represented that he had interviewed sources and reviewed records regarding the subject of the background investigation. Domico pleaded guilty to making a false statement and was sentenced to five months in prison and ordered to pay the government $69,611 in restitution.
