Randazzo v. CH2M Hill (Wrongful Termination, Retaliation)

Grace Randazzo, a paralegal who worked for CH2M Hill, claims she was fired for refusing to conceal evidence of labor overbilling by the company at the Hanford Nuclear Site. Randazzo claims that her supervisor directed her to withhold documents from federal investigators, and that she was subjected to a “calculated campaign of emotional abuse, retaliation and discrimination” when she refused. She alleges violations under the False Claims Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
