Pierce v. CCA (Sexual Harassment and Retaliation at Idaho CC)
Michelle Pierce, a former nurse at the Corrections Corporation of America-operated Idaho Correctional Center, claimed that the unit in which she worked was rife with sexually inappropriate conduct by guards, and that she was fired in retaliation for reporting sexual harassment and abuse by her colleagues. In February 2015, CCA and Pierce reached a confidential settlement.
