Gager v. Dell Financial Services (Violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act)

Ashley Gager alleges Dell Financial Services violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by using an automated telephone dialing system to call her cell phone after she revoked her prior consent to be contacted. She claims that, after asking Dell to stop calling that number, the company called her cell phone approximately 40 times over a three week period, leaving pre-recorded messages on her voicemail concerning her account.
