Nasa Construction and Trade v. DynCorp International (Breach of Contract)

Nasa Construction and Trade, Inc., a Turkish subcontractor working for DynCorp on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contracts to construct facilities for the Afghan National Army, alleged DynCorp wrongly withheld $1.6 million in payments (Nasa sought $5.8 million in damages). Nasa claimed that it was prevented from working due to DynCorp’s poor performance and misadministration. The case settled in April 2014.
