Omran Consulting Construction & Engineering Co. v. DynCorp (Breach of Contract)
Omran Consulting Construction & Engineering Company, an Afghan subcontractor working for DynCorp on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contracts to construct military facilities for the Afghanistan National Army, claimed DynCorp owed Omran $550,000 for its work on four subcontracts. Omran alleged it encountered numerous delays during performance that were caused by DynCorp or were otherwise not the responsibility of Omran. The lawsuit was settled in March 2014.
