Kuwaiti F/A-18 Maintenance False Claims

Former DynCorp employee Mark Jean filed a False Claims Act lawsuit accusing DynCorp and its parent company, Delta Tucker Holdings, of committing fraud on a contract to provide maintenance and quality assurance services for F/A-18 fighter aircraft purchased by the Kuwaiti Air Force. Jean claims DynCorp repeatedly failed quality assurance audits, failed to conduct proper maintenance, falsified reports, and neglected to properly train Kuwaiti personnel to maintain the aircraft and conduct quality assurance.
