Illegal Termination of Union Official

The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAMAW) claims DynCorp International violated a collective bargaining agreement at Joint Base Andrews when it fired Gregg French, lead mechanic for the 1st Helicopter Squadron at Andrews and president of IAMAW Local 24. The lawsuit claims DynCorp did not have just cause for firing French and violated the collective bargaining agreement by refusing to participate in an arbitration process to review the firing.
