Chunn et al. v. Exxon Mobil (Mayflower, Ark. Oil Spill)

Kimla Greene and Kathryn Jane Roachell Chunn, residents of Mayflower, Arkansas, filed a class-action lawsuit against Exxon Mobil over the March 2013 pipeline rupture that caused an oil spill in their town. The plaintiffs seek damages for permanent decline in property value on behalf of all Arkansas residents who live within 3,000 feet of the pipeline.
