Minor et al v. FedEx Office & Print Services (California Wage Law Violations)
FedEx Office & Print Services (f/k/a FedEx Kinko’s Office and Print Services) agreed to pay $9.6 million in overtime wages, vacation wages, and work reimbursements to settle a lawsuit filed on behalf of thousands of former employees who worked for the company in California. The lawsuit accused FedEx of improperly denying wages for overtime hours, failing to provide meal and rest breaks, denying payment for work-related travel and costs, and failing to compensate terminated employees for unused vacation days. The settlement covers those who were employed by FedEx in California between February 2005 and August 2012.
