Boaz v. FedEx (Sex Discrimination, Retaliation)
Margaret Boaz alleges that from January 2004 through June 2008, FedEx had violated the Equal Pay Act by paying her less than what it paid a male employee for the same duties, and that FedEx failed to pay overtime compensation as required by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). She also alleges that FedEx retaliated against her due to her gender and the exercise of her rights under the FLSA and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
