Bryson v. Fluor (Disability Discrimination)

Former Fluor employee Benjamin Bryson claimed he was fired in violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans With Disabilities Act. He claimed Fluor failed to accommodate his gastritis, neck pain, and other health impairments. The parties settled the lawsuit.
