Gibb v. KBR (Sodium Dichromate Exposure in Iraq)

Gregory Gibb claims KBR and Halliburton negligently exposed him to sodium dichromate when he was stationed at the Qarmat Ali water treatment plant in Iraq with his National Guard unit in 2003. Gibb claims the exposure led to a variety of ailments, including nose bleeds, diminished lung capacity, incontinence, and kidney stones.
