Toohey v. ManTech International (Title VII Retaliation)
Patti Toohey, a former vice president at ManTech International, claimed the company fired her for reporting her concerns about racial discrimination in the company’s employment practices. Toohey, who is white, alleged that she reported to management and human resources her concerns about racial discrimination causing fewer minority employees getting promoted to senior ranks and requested an investigation.
